Following our statement/video release in October,
we are now fast approaching our cycle completion on December 23, 2024.

Yes, Da Noi will finally close its doors on that day and there are very few spaces left to book and enjoy one last meal with us.

The "End of the Year Tasting Menu" and wine flights are unbelievable, and are just the right way to represent our long send-off! So prepare to enjoy a "best of" of the classics that now represent the staples of Valentina's cuisine, and have been acclaimed by Michelin and AA inspectors, together with something new, as usual.

CHEF VALENTINA AND FABRIZIO

Whilst Chef Valentina creates a culinary experience like no other, her husband Fabrizio manages the front of house and is in charge of the delectable wine list.

Chef's inspiration comes from rustic recipes taken from old cookbooks that she then transforms in ideas for the dishes of her seasonal tasting menus.

Fabrizio's role is to complete the experience by choosing the perfect wines to pair with every course created and being in charge of delivering her message to our guests.

Da Noi has for this been included in the Michelin Guide shortly after its opening in 2018. The entry has been retained ever since and this makes them one of the few Italian restaurants in the Guide in the area.
